Pastor Adeboye Refuses to Recognise TB Joshua even in death

…even though TB Joshua mourned the death of his son Dare Adeboye

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church of God RCCG, have refused to acknowledge, or recognise the late televangelist, Apostle TB Joshua, almost two weeks after the preacher died in his sleep.

Efizzy recalls that TB Joshua has honoured and mourned the death of Dare Adeboye, son of Pastor Enoch Adeboye, who died in similar fashion as TB Joshua.

TB Joshua and Adeboye had never really seen eye to eye in life, as Adeboye, a founding member and board of trustee of The Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria PFN, have never accepted TB Joshua as a true minister of God.

His views towards TB Joshua, which is the same shared by other members of PFN, as well as the Christian Association of Nigeria CAN, stems from TB Joshua’s refusal to tell them who mentored him to become a priest, or where he was baptised.

The entire church community had given TB Joshua’s family a cold shoulder, with Pastor Chris Okotie, coming out to call Joshua a wizard.

Joshua had always maintained that he was ordained in his mother’s womb, to serve God. He had always had issues with the church bodies, and at a time, Chris Oyakhilome was dragged into the matter.

Adeboye, had refused to enter the Synagogue Church of All Nations, founded by TB Joshua, stating, “…If he wants me to and minister in his church, we will sit down; we will discuss the issue of salvation the way I understand it, according to the scriptures. If we agree on that and he now wants me to come and preach the same message of salvation in his church, then I will go.”

Despite TB Joshua’s mourning of Dare Adeboye, the senior pastor of RCCG, would not be seen as going against other members of the Pentecostal fold, by acknowledging TB Joshua.
